The Dingolfing-Landau district administration commissioned a student residence for around 85 students at its vocational school in Dingolfing, using timber modular construction.
The building was erected on a parking lot directly in front of the vocational school and was elevated in such a way that a large part of the parking spaces could be preserved. Above this, the dormitory rooms and a cafeteria are located on three floors.
