Our construction system enables residential construction projects up to the high-rise limit – economically, sustainably and with completely individual planning.

Flexible floor plans

From compact 1-room apartments to spacious family apartments – any desired mix of apartments can be realised. Special forms of housing such as cluster apartments, assisted living or shared apartments can also be easily implemented.

Our construction method allows complete
Freedom in the floor plan design Independent of standardised modules. Rooms can be arranged, combined or flexibly zoned as required – without compromises. Even with densification projects, floor plans can be planned completely independently of the existing building. With our system, we create the freedom to build apartments according to the requirements of the client – not to follow the requirements of the existing building.

Facade design

There are hardly any limits to the facade design of the point block: from curtain-type, rear-ventilated systems with fibre cement or wood to plastered facades with a wide range of colours – especially in subsidised housing.

Balconies

Self-supporting balconies can be attached to any facade side of the point block. These additive balconies are positioned according to the floor plan composition and usage requirements and can be organised according to the orientation and property characteristics.

Roof shapes

The design of various roof shapes allows us to react to building regulations as well as to the technical execution possibilities and the usage requirements. In the case of pitched roofs, a timber roof truss is erected, sealed and covered in accordance with carpentry standards. The development of the attic is also possible for us.
