The modular timber construction enables the economic realization of a wide variety of living forms – from one-room apartments to two-room units and shared apartments. Thanks to flexible module combinations, the floor plans can be optimized in such a way that the available space is used to the maximum. The result: sustainable, space-efficient living space, planned according to needs and with investment security.

Financing Options

Community areas such as cafeterias, lounges, learning zones or roof terraces can be easily integrated into modular timber construction. The flexible modular design creates spacious, open rooms for leisure, exchange and shared learning.

LiWooD sees itself as a manufacturer of turnkey objects. We offer both fully developed standard buildings and individually configurable objects based on a general contractor agreement. Our customers can rely on fast implementation and absolute cost certainty.

Rental and Leasing Model

The costs for such a project are often not economical when calculated over the term. That is why we have developed a rental system to make the required space flexibly available. The rental agreements are individually adapted to the needs of the project.
