Modular school buildings – permanent, temporary or in a rental model

Sustainable, economical and tailored to educational concepts. The flexible timber modular buildings can be individually planned and optimally adapted to different space programmes, site conditions and timeframes.

New construction

Modern new school buildings rely on flexible, modular construction methods with open learning spaces, workshops, kitchens and roof gardens. Large rooms such as assembly halls, multi-purpose rooms or canteens can be efficiently implemented through technical solutions. Lightweight building materials such as wood enable innovative concepts, even under complex urban conditions such as the superstructures of existing infrastructures.

Interim

Modular timber construction is ideally suited for interim solutions in school construction: It enables fast, flexible and high-quality spatial solutions with a pleasant indoor climate. Thanks to short construction times, simple expandability and reversible construction, temporary school buildings can be efficiently realised – resource-saving and sustainable.

Rental model

Modular school buildings can also be realised in a rental model – an economically attractive solution for municipalities and school authorities. You benefit from predictable costs, high flexibility and rapid availability. Temporary space requirements can thus be covered as needed, without having to make long-term investments. Ideal for growing communities, transitional solutions or during the renovation period of existing buildings.
