Munich, July 1, 2024 – The project developers FiveRocks Development and LiWooD have entered into a groundbreaking joint venture to realize a sustainable development on approx. 4000 m² in the northwest of Munich. The project comprises multi-storey buildings in modular timber construction, which implement ecological considerations in a cost-saving manner.
The site planning takes into account the needs of employees, families and senior citizens alike. In addition to modern apartments, an outpatient care facility for the elderly will also be built. The short construction times enable a rapid realization of the urgently needed living space.
Tobias Hänschke, founder and CEO of FiveRocks Development, expressed his enthusiasm about the cooperation with LiWooD: “Our vision is to create sustainable living space that is both ecologically and economically convincing. With LiWooD, we have found the ideal partner to realize this vision.”
“Responsible building means sustainable building,” emphasizes LiWooD board member Christian Czerny. “Building with wood is efficient and environmentally friendly. Our modular construction combines quality and sustainability.”
We look forward to a successful cooperation!
