We manufacture our components ourselves, precisely assemble them into a modular system, and deliver them just-in-time to the construction site. This way, we optimize every step – from production and logistics to assembly. This well-thought-out interplay not only enables maximum construction speed but also minimizes environmental impact. Cradle to Cradle

Our modular timber buildings are designed so that at the end of their lifespan, they can be deconstructed, and up to 75% of the materials can be reused. This minimizes the demand for raw materials and conserves natural resources – fully in line with a true circular economy.

Energy Efficiency Begins with the Building Material

In our modular timber construction, we minimize heat loss already in the building envelope. Combined with modern air-to-water heat pumps and photovoltaic systems, this creates a well-conceived energy concept that utilizes renewable resources and drastically reduces energy consumption.
