This unparalleled concept finds its ideal application in hotels, apartment buildings for students, boarding houses, assisted living for senior citizens, wellness clinics, sanatoriums, or in hospitals.
The various types of living space are specifically adapted to their individual use. They are put together in an assembly line directly at the site of the building, lined up as ready-for-use modules and connected floor by floor. The materials used by LiWooD™ are carefully chosen for sustainability and consist of high-class raw materials, primarily wood combined with fibrous gypsum, glass and reinforced concrete. This creates a balanced and healthy living climate.
The units are designed in a way that is energy-efficient and saves raw materials. After industrial pre-assembly, the final assembly takes place directly on-site while considering the location and the users’ needs. Efficient execution makes very short assembly times possible.
