Versatile options allow efficient use
The customised assembly of the LiWooD™ modules supports a variety of specific uses. Up to a seven-storey building with central access can be realised; there are almost no limits in its diversity.
An extension forming an L-shaped building poses no problem and can easily be realized. Expanding this into a U-shape creates open, sunlit courtyards with a campus flair. An option is to have a small park as a “green oasis” with a small café where people can meet. A quiet atrium serving can significantly increase living quality.
The parking concept allows for an underground garage directly under the building, which gives the residents quick and safe access to their apartments.
The buildings that can be realized with the ILU-principle make it possible to individually adapt to the conditions of a site and thus allow optimum use of the existing building lot – even if the lot is further developed at a later point in time.
