The high flexibility of the LiWooD™ modular design is excellently suited to functional buildings such as hospitals, wellness clinics or sanatoriums. The buildings are expeditiously constructed and reasonably priced in either basic or premium versions. During refurbishment or extension of existing facilities, these specific qualities also aid temporary solutions when additional bed capacity or supply modules are needed.
Ecological building materials and breathable walls create a healthy climate not only in the patients’ rooms, but also in the entire building. Natural light and appropriate furniture make the rooms friendly and comforting. They are fitted out specially to fulfil the required hygiene standards.
A comfortable single room consists of an entrance area with direct entry to the wheelchair-accessible bathroom; the main room has a bed, wardrobe, table and chairs for visitors. The multifunction panel above the bed fulfils the technical and medical requirements and also serves as an indirect light source.
A large room on the area of a double module has space for up to four beds and enables particularly economical solutions.
